SFMARC CLUB DUES

HCOL is an easy and powerful online tool with many features including online club management, membership renewal, access to the club roster, and much more. If you’re familiar with HamClub Online, click the HCOL logo on the right.

** A note for those wishing to use PayPal for membership payment.  You will first need to temporarily disable any ad or pop-up blockers you have installed on your browser. Failure to do so will block you from entering your payment information. **

Before starting the process, please record the SMFARC club code -> hqtbtzf2fiahm

You will need this code to apply for membership.

1. In the web browser of choice (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge), open a new window or a new tab.
2. Click the HamClubOnline logo to the right, or go to https://secure.hamclubonline.com/. This will take you to the HamClubOnline logon screen.
3. Locate the Register New link on that page and click it.
4. On the self-registration page, please enter your FCC Amateur Radio Callsign.
5. When ready, click Submit.
6. On the next screen, verify your Callsign, Name, and Location.
7. In order to verify your identity, please enter the last 4 digits of your FCC FRN number. If you are unsure of your FCC FRN number, open a new tab in your web browser and visit https://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/UlsSearch/searchLicense.jsp
8. Once you have entered all your information, click Submit.
9. The next screen should indicate your self-registration process has been successfully completed and your temporary password has been emailed to you. Before your check your email, select "Click here to Logon" on the HamClubOnline page.
10. Go to your email and find the email from HCOL with your temporary password.
11. Go back to the HamClubOnline logon page and enter your email and temporary password. When ready -- click Log In.
12. HamClubOnline will immediately prompt your to change your password.
13. Once your have entered your new, permanent password. Click Submit.
14. Click Main Menu to enter the HCOL menu.
15. Once on the Main Menu, click on Apply for Membership with a HamClubOnline Club.
16. On the Apply to a Club screen, you need to enter a specific code to link your HamClubOnline with the Samuel F. Morse Amateur Radio Club. The code is case-sensitive and appears here ===>  hqtbtzf2fiahm    (You must enter the code exactly as it appears)
17. Once you have entered the code and are ready to go, click Submit.
18. Please take a moment to complete the SFMARC application.
19. When all of your information has been entered, click Submit Application to Club.
20. Once submitted, you will be prompted to select your membership type and make payment. The Samuel F. Morse Amateur Radio Club uses PayPal to process your payment. Through PayPal you may select a Credit Card, Debit Card, or funds transfer from your bank account as payment options. If using a Credit or Debit card, you do not need a PayPal account to pay your SFMARC membership dues.
21. If you wish to review your application or application status, click SFMARC on the HamClubOnline Main Menu.
